X-Mapper TNG (for X-Plane Desktop) 2.1.1

"X-Mapper TNG" is an application designed to assist users of the X-Plane flight simulator. When connected to a computer running X-Plane Desktop, this app enables users to utilize their iPhones or iPads as map trackers for simulated aircraft. An optional paid upgrade enhances the functionality by providing a full suite of avionics panel features, flight path display capabilities, and a flight controller system with various feedback mechanisms.

This application is compatible with the full or demo versions of X-Plane 10 or X-Plane 11 Desktop (Mac/Windows/Linux) and is not compatible with X-Plane Mobile for iPhone/iPad.

• Map Tracker: Shows the location and heading of the simulated aircraft on a map with an orange icon once a network connection is established. This feature is available for free without the paid upgrade.
• Avionics Panels (Upgrade Required): The upgrade provides access to a complete avionics panel that allows users to operate various radio and autopilot equipment sets in simulated aircraft. Particularly useful for IFR operations and setting up autobrake functions.
• Flight Path Display (Upgrade Required): Displays the flight path of the aircraft with orange lines on the map. Past flight paths are also retained on the map for reference.
• Flight Controller (Upgrade Required): Enables users to control the aircraft using touch gestures such as tilting the device or dragging a cursor. The system offers precise control over aileron, elevator, rudder, and features auto-calibrated elevator operation.
• Control Feedbacks: Provides visual feedback on control deflections, allowing users to monitor control surfaces and adjust settings accordingly. Useful for monitoring various control devices.
• Throttle Controller (Upgrade Required): Allows users to finely tune throttle settings and features an auto-throttle feedback mechanism along with a reverser button for precise operations during landing and takeoff.
• Automated Setup and Multi-Device Connection: Automatically detects X-Plane instances on the network and configures network settings accordingly. Supports multiple iPhone/iPad devices running X-Mapper TNG simultaneously.

To use this application, you need the Desktop (Mac/Windows/Linux) version of X-Plane 10 (10.40 or later) or X-Plane 11; it is not compatible with the mobile versions. Information on obtaining X-Plane can be found in the application's information menu.
